1 General Terms & Conditions

Sbot0p (operated by bunlde.ltd) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between sbot0p and all its members, and have been formulated in compliance with Bangladeshi and international law.

All games, betting services, financial transactions, and promotional activities conducted on sbot0p are governed by these Terms & Conditions. The platform reserves the right to modify, add to, or revoke these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered email addresses and published on the site with an updated date.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on sbot0p, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Creating an account with false or incomplete information is a direct violation of these Terms.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Transferring or sharing your account with another person is strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal limits may apply if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

For account verification purposes, sbot0p may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time. All such information is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

3 Age & Eligibility

Sbot0p is intended for users aged 18 and above only. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• Sbot0p may request proof of age documentation at any time.
• Accounts belonging to minors will be closed and any deposited funds will not be returned.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform.

If a member knowingly registers with a false age, sbot0p reserves the right to take legal action against them.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on sbot0p are supported via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — as well as bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Account verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals.

• Sbot0p reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transactions.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and all other gaming services on sbot0p:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless sbot0p announces otherwise for specific reasons.
• Odds are subject to change at any time; the odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.

• In cricket, if the result is determined by the DLS method, that result shall be considered final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only and can be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (typically 15–30x).

7 Prohibited Activities

• Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Accessing or attempting to hack another member's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.

Sbot0p continuously monitors transactions and gaming activity. If any suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Sbot0p may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Providing false information.
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded, excluding bonus funds. If a new account is required after closure, prior approval from support is necessary.

9 Limitation of Liability

Sbot0p provides its services on an "as is" basis and is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses resulting from internet outages, power failures, or third-party technical issues.
• Bets that fail to submit due to the member's device or network issues.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to unexpected technical issues.
• Issues caused by third-party game providers.

Under all circumstances, sbot0p's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. sbot0p is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms

Sbot0p reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or platform notification.
